So many changes have happened this past year.  We are so excited to announce Lead Paint Inspections have been added to our inspection services.  Maryland Law requires all owners of residential rental property obtain a MDE Lead Certification. 

A huge change this year in Baltimore County Rental Inspections. The Baltimore County Council unanimously voted to pass the Carbon Monoxide law.  Current rental property owners have until October 2010 to install a CO detector outside the sleeping areas of their rental properties.  All new registering property owners must have those CO detectors installed in order to pass the mandatory rental inspection.
